GCC GBS Shared Services Head/Leadership
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Shared Services, Strategic Leadership and cross functional operations to elevate GBS into a high impact function aligned with global business goals. This role will be pivotal in driving stakeholder engagement, digital transformation and expansion of the GBS footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Digital Transformation:
- Define and implement the strategic roadmap for GBS aligning with global business objectives and ensuring long term scalability.
- Drive continuous improvement, digital transformation and automation initiatives across GBS.
Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in managing Global Business Services/Shared Services with at least 5+ years in a Leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading large, multifunctional teams across the listed non-IT functions.
- Strong background in GBS Strategy, Service delivery and stakeholder management.
- Experience in driving automation and digitalization initiatives.

Oversee and drive performance excellence across the following functions within GBS:
Finance Operations Key Skills:

- Accounts Payable/Receivable

- Customer Service
- HR Operations
- Regulatory & Product Documentation

- Sourcing & Procurement: Supplier Management, PO & Contract Management
Marketing Intelligence:
- Lead, Mentor and Grow a high performing team across multiple functional domains.
- Collaborate with global business leaders to understand requirements, manage expectations and provide high impact solutions.
- Lead initiatives to scale the GBS Organization.
