Essential Duties And Responsibilities: We are seeking a proactive and commercially savvy HR Business Partner to support our Sales and Commercial functions in a dynamic environment. This role is a key interface between HR and the business, driving people strategy across talent acquisition, capability building, performance management, incentives, engagement, compliance, and analytics. The ideal candidate brings strong HR fundamentals with the ability to translate business needs into impactful HR interventions. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic HR Partnership-Collaborate closely with Sales and Commercial leadership to outline and implement HR strategies that support business priorities, growth plans, and talent needs. - Talent Acquisition & Capability Building-Drive strategic hiring plans and partner with Talent Acquisition to attract best-in-class sales talent. - Design and execute sales capability development plans and ongoing training initiatives. - Sales Incentive Planning-Understand business models and co-design effective, transparent, and motivating sales incentive plans across the commercial workforce. - Performance & Development-Provide day-to-day performance management guidance including coaching, career development planning, and managing employee relations in alignment with business outcomes. - Talent Management-Support succession planning, talent reviews, and career paths for critical sales roles. - Drive development interventions for future commercial leaders. - Culture & Engagement-champion initiatives that strengthen the organizational culture and employee engagement. - Serve as a sounding board for employee feedback and help translate it into actionable plans. - HR Analytics-Leverage data to provide insights on attrition, headcount, workforce productivity, performance trends, and other key HR metrics. - Use analytics to influence talent decisions and improve organizational effectiveness. - Project Participation-Actively participate in cross-functional and cross-geography HR projects and initiatives (e.g., HR digital transformation, employee experience, learning interventions, D&I programs), ensuring successful execution and adoption. - HR Operations & Compliance-Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and local labor laws. - Collaborate with HR shared services for operational excellence and data accuracy. - Stakeholder Management-Act as a trusted advisor to business heads, proactively identifying HR challenges and delivering pragmatic, business-aligned solutions. - Change Management-Support leadership through change and transformation programs by effectively managing communication, engagement, and transition planning. Supervisory Responsibilities: The incumbent reports to Head of HR-India and support in achieving the business objectives of the company. Requirements And Preferred Skills: - QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Requires an MBA(HR). - Must have a minimum of 8-10 years experience in HR, Sales Business partnering. Required Skills: - Good communication skills, Knowledge of written and spoken English, Hindi. - He should have sound knowledge on People development and management, decision, and Problem-solving skills. - Organized, ability to juggle multiple priorities and flexible to accommodate changing business needs and fixed deadlines. - Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, within a multi-cultural setting. - Self-motivated, capable of seeking quality solutions and continuously focusing on process improvements, while keeping the needs of the business in the forefront. - Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building collaborative relationships. - Team player; proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed.
