Objective : Lead programs driving client retention and productivity improvement for sales and service associates through advanced data analytics on both structured and unstructured data sets  Main responsibilities :   - Be the core backbone for the Analytics Center of Excellence. Be the analytics expert helping different team members with their BU reporting while managing a 1-2 BU's on his/her own.   - Support and improve client retention by providing real-time actionable business insights and recommendations to Gartner's Services organization   - Work with Global POCs to define metrics/KPIs and priorities for each BU; Design and develop new analytical models to provide better visibility on leading indicators for each metric/KPI  - Set targets for different business units based on statistical techniques including T-tests, Variance tests, Logistics etc.  - Support global business leaders to review client losses and turn-arounds of risky renewals each month to understand the driver of retention. Synthesize findings quarterly   - Develop and execute on monthly reporting dashboards for faster and accurate delivery of business realities/insights  Education :   - Bachelor's degree in science / engineering. Masters preferred   - Knowledge or interest in Information technology and its application to business   - Knowledge or application of analytics, statistics   Professional experience :   - Overall 4-5 years of business analytics experience   - Experience in consulting preferred   - Microsoft Office expertise, especially excel short cuts, functions, model development  - Knowledge of SQL and basic programming skills  - Hands-on and working knowledge of at least one of the analytics software like R, SAS, SPSS, Tableau  Other competencies :   - Strong communication and collaboration skills   - Analytical thinker with experience deriving business insights from data analytics   - Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality   - Exposure to corporate data warehouses and databases  - Experience developing and maintaining management reports  Important :  Please do include current and expected CTC in your cover note for faster response
