About the role : We are looking for a Writer with an eye for detail and expertise in English to curate user-generated content and contextualize content assets to specific roles. A successful candidate understands what kind of writing is appropriate for business executives and strives to provide exceptional, informative, and engaging content to clients. What you will do : - Create summarized perspectives from user-sourced reviews. Tasks include analyzing user-sourced content; organizing and structuring document outline; formatting content; incorporating expert feedback; and coordinating with editors and other stakeholders to ensure its timely publication. - Contextualize research notes written for one role to cater to a different audience. - Curate role-agnostic research notes. Tasks include liaising with research teams; rewriting existing work; drafting edits; and checking facts. - Collaborate with different stakeholders to plan priorities for work, timelines, and research collection. - Suggest improvements in processes and procedures to optimize work. - Undertake continuous, job-related training to maintain writing quality levels and improve individual skills. - Maintain an awareness of new terms or phrases coming into popular usage in your subject area(s). What you will need : - Bachelor's degree level or equivalent - 3-6 years' experience as a professional writer or in a comparable job role - Excellent command over English language - Ability to express complex and technical ideas in easy-to-understand language - Knowledge of the AP style will be an added advantage - Analytical and research skills - Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (primarily Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite - Ability to demonstrate flexibility and openness to learn and undertake new writing projects.
