Regional Sales Manager Summary: As Ganit's North American Leader of Sales, you will report directly to our CEO and be a part of his leadership team. You will be responsible for both business development and revenue growth in North America. North America is a high potential market for us, so we will be looking for this associate to build, develop and grow our sales channel. You will not only own the North American sales process from beginning to end, but also be extremely influential in driving our North American growth strategy. Roles & Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities - Convert opportunities to sales - Represent Ganit's brand to prospective clients - Bring formalized structure to our sales forecasting & targeting process and deliver revenue in line with these targets - Identify, connect and engage with key decision makers of Fortune 500 companies - Lead, manage and deliver in a timely fashion RFIs/RFPs while aggressively coordinating with Ganit's many and diverse presales/solution teams - Influence Ganit Leadership in driving North American Strategy - Represent and Role Model Ganit's core values and culture Qualifications: - Client-obsessed with a strong aptitude in a structured sales approach - Self-motivated with exceptional talent in closing deals - Strong knowledge in the complete end-to-end sales cycle (from prospecting to closing) - Exceptional prospecting/hunter skills and experience - 5+ Years of experience in sales in IT/ITES/Consulting/Analytics solutions and services in the US - Ability to generate business and action across the Analytics Solutioning Business Domain - Demonstrated experience in seamlessly developing relationships at the C-suite, Officer level - Existing network and camaraderie with IT Leads, Procurement Leads, and Business/functional Heads of Fortune 1000 companies - Excellent presentation, influence, selling & negotiating skills - Authorized to work in the US
