
Job Summary
- The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership, vision, and direction to the company.
- The CEO ensures sustainable growth, operational excellence, financial performance, and strong stakeholder relationships while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance in construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify growth opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors
- Lead expansion into new markets, projects, and partnerships
Operational Management:
- Oversee end-to-end construction operations, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization
Financial Performance:
- Manage overall financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
- Ensure strong revenue growth and effective cost control
- Oversee investments, funding, and capital allocation
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local laws, building regulations, and safety standards
- Identify and mitigate business risks
- Maintain strong governance practices
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Build relationships with clients, investors, government authorities, and partners
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations and public forums
- Enhance company reputation and brand value
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor senior management and department heads
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and ethical work culture
- Drive talent development and succession planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
Experience
- 20+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate industry
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles (COO/Director/VP level or above)
- Experience managing large-scale projects and teams

Additional Notes
