About the Role: As Site HR for your respective zone, youll be the face of Gamlaas people function across our regional operations. Youll manage everything from hiring and onboarding to grievance handling and compliance all while keeping a pulse on team morale and culture. This role demands empathy, agility, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-scaling environment.
