Job Location: Navi Mumbai

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and implement monetization strategies that optimize revenue from advertising, including in-game ads, rewarded video ads, and interstitial ads.

- Analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for improving ad performance and revenue.

- Manage relationships with ad networks and demand partners to optimize ad fill rate, eCPM, and overall revenue.

- Work closely with game development teams to ensure seamless integration of ads and optimize ad placement for maximum user engagement and revenue.

- Monitor industry trends and keep up-to-date with changes in advertising technologies, regulations, and best practices.

- Analyze and report on ad revenue performance to senior management and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

- 3-6 years of experience in ad operations or digital campaign management.

- Sound knowledge of Admob or Ironsource ad serving platforms (either is must).

- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL.

- Knowledge of mobile advertising industry trends, ad formats, and ad networks.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
