Job Description : What you'll do : - Managing performance marketing for the biggest gaming company. - You will be responsible for acquiring new playing users at the most optimized cost - You will be working/managing campaigns across FB, Google, DV360, Paid media buys & other programmatic / DSP platform - You will be working on developing logics/rules to optimize campaigns with the best optimiser tool available in the industry - Some key metrics that you would be owning: New user Acquisition, Cost per new user, Quality of new user, Conversion Rates - You will be using world-class BI and communication tools to move the ship in the right direction - Need to have a good understanding about google tools like GTM, GA, Appsflyer etc - Test and optimise the landing pages regularly. - Analyse data and figure out leaky product and communication flows and fix them - Keep growing the new user acquisitions, month on month, simple.. :) What you'll bring : - At least 5-7 years of previous experience in performance marketing in B2C internet companies - Experience in running experiments, A/B, building hypotheses etc. - Experience in managing significantly huge budgets. - Demonstrated ability in handling and optimising campaigns across different paid, partnerships / programmatic channels. - Go getter attitude - Mustn't shy away from experiments and analysing the outcome properly for future scalability - Creative thinking and data driven approach for problem solving. - Revenue centricity. You will be working for one of the largest gaming companies from India - Comfortable with understanding technical nuances, the curiosity to learn and the desire to know the domain deeply. - Comfortable in working with cross functional teams, and owning the outcomes - Good understanding of data and the knack of finding meaningful insights and making decisions based on them. - Ability to adapt to an evolving environment.
