As a manager in the CEO's Office, you will: The roles and responsibilities of a manager in CEO's Office will include the below: 1. Process ownership & improvements - Collaborate with functional area leaders to identify process gaps and opportunities to continuously improve org wide execution and enhance inter-functional coordination - Set & drive the cadence for various recurring leadership forums / meetings ensuring best in class execution via pre reads, minutes, standardized presentations etc. - Own & improve upon process rituals helping drive smooth functioning of the org - across vertical & horizontal functions 2. Program Management - Execute and track progress of critical strategic initiatives driven from CEO's/COO's office - Track progress of key functional action items, follow through with relevant stakeholders across seniority levels to ensure on time delivery - Unblock projects which are stuck / getting delayed by problem solving across functions & levels 3. Strategic projects - Strategic Thinking: Capable of aligning day-to-day activities with long-term company goals. - Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. - Driven and Hungry: Demonstrate drive and ambition to achieve and exceed goals; thrive in a culture of excellence and delivery. - Adaptable: Grit necessary to function in a fast-paced, always-changing start-up environment - Team Player: Roll-up-your-sleeves and tackle-any-task attitude. - Leadership: Lead by example, promoting company values and a positive work environment.
