Job Summary: The successful incumbent will be a key part of the HR Center of Excellence team and will partner to assess, develop, implement, and address talent needs for the organization during this time of growth in an effort to improve performance and promote the organization's culture. Job Responsibilities: - Support the development and implementation of talent management programs and processes that grow organizational capability through employee engagement, performance management and employee, manager and leadership learning and development - Work in collaboration with HR business partners and business leaders to generate insights from the employee engagement survey to support subsequent actions that drive improved engagement both across the organization and within individual lines of businesses - Support the execution of talent review and the succession planning process for the organization on account of building the talent who will deliver our future - Implement approach to manager capability programs and enable employees and managers to have robust development and career conversations - Provide advice regarding key programs including employee engagement, building employee experience and branding. - Manage local vendor relationships and service level agreements in support of ongoing initiatives - Initiate, nurture and leverage strong relationships with HR business partners and business leaders in order to understand the short and long term needs of the business and their relative priority on matters related to talent management and strategic people interventions. Job Requirements: - Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute - 2+ years of overall HR experience, of which, 1+ years of experience in the area of talent management is strongly preferred - Demonstrated experience and success in the design, development and implementation of central HR project and processes that enable business performance - Working knowledge and experience in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, learning program design and development, talent assessment, succession planning, high potential talent development and leadership development, preferred - Excellent communication and strong presentation and facilitation skills - Strong project management skills
