Job Designation : Senior Finance Executive Responsibilities: - Handling day-to-day accounting activities and preparation of MIS reports. - Maintaining proper records of all vendor/customer invoices and other bills. - Processing vendor payments and tracking customer receipts. - Coordination and completion of annual audits and support in the preparation of financial statements. - Perform variance analysis of expenses on a month-to-month basis. - Preparation of bank, customer, and vendor reconciliation. - Assist in taxation and related statutory compliance work such as Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other -Statutory Compliance. - Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. Requirements: - Candidate should be a proficient Accountant with experience of at least 5-8 years. - Should have proven knowledge of bookkeeping, finalization of books, and related activities. - Must have a sound knowledge of basic accounting principles. - Hands-on experience with accounting software like Zoho Books and QuickBooks. - Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables. - Be adept with preparing quarterly and annual reports in coordination with the management. - Ability to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environment. - Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
