About the Role :

The VIP Program is one of the most strategically significant initiatives at Gameberry Labs - directly managing retention and spend of our highest-value players on Ludo Star. As Program Manager, you will own the full stack of this program: from data operations and campaign execution to cross-functional coordination and senior stakeholder reporting.

This is not a support role - it is a builder role. You will define processes, stand up new initiatives, manage a team of Relationship Managers, and shape the long-term direction of how we engage our most valuable players.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Own the monthly and quarterly work plan for the Whale Program. Define priorities, create SOPs for new initiatives, and ensure end-to-end execution across all workstreams.

- Build and maintain the elite player master list, run cohort-level retention and spend analyses in -Mixpanel and Excel, and surface actionable insights for leadership.

- End-to-end ownership of in-app pop-up campaigns via Plotline - targeting list creation, segment setup, launch, funnel tracking, and troubleshooting delivery issues.

- Run scrums, monitor KPIs, enforce SOPs, and coach a team of Relationship Managers. You are the operating layer between the team and program goals.

- Prepare weekly and monthly program reports for senior leadership covering pop-up performance, webstore metrics, and whale cohort KPIs. Own the narrative, not just the numbers.

- Proactively generates ideas for new VIP features, offers, and program mechanics; can move from insight to structured proposal and work with product and design teams to bring them to life.

Requirements:

- Bias for action and high ownership - you identify what needs to be done and do it without waiting to be told twice

- Strong program management instincts - able to hold multiple workstreams, timelines, and dependencies simultaneously without dropping the ball

- Sharp analytical thinking - comfortable pulling data, building Excel models, running cohort analyses, and translating numbers into clear decisions

- Cross-functional fluency - able to work effectively with product, data, design, and CS teams to unblock program execution

- Structured communicator - writes clearly for both internal docs (SOPs, FAQs) and senior stakeholder reports

- Operational rigour - process-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to accuracy in tracking and reporting

- Team leader - experienced in managing or closely coordinating with a team and holding them accountable to quality and timelines

- Comfortable with ambiguity - at Gameberry, things move fast; you build the plane while flying it.

Skillset Required:

- 2-6 years of experience in one or more of customer experience/loyalty management/VIP program management roles with direct team management experience, or program manager, project manager, category manager, operations manager, or strategy at a tech-first company.

- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets - pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation, tracker maintenance.

- Product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar) for cohort analysis and funnel tracking CRM or campaign management tools (Plotline, CleverTap, Braze, or similar) is a strong plus

- Canva or similar tools for creating communication materials - infographics, campaign PDFs

- Excellent written English for SOPs, FAQs, RM communication scripts, and stakeholder reports
