Roles & Responsibilities : Clubs is an audio chatroom platform where users come and engage in live audio format with all users. Clubs are growing by leaps and bounds and we are looking for a highly organized and proactive person with a go-getter attitude to work on projects in club operations. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our platform and supporting various operational initiatives. - You will work on operations projects which will include tasks from calling to users to onboarding agencies to implementing policies - Assist in the execution of operational projects aimed at enhancing platform features, user engagement, or operational efficiency. - Track key metrics related to platform usage and performance. - Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and other teams as needed. - Develop and maintain operational documentation, including SOPs and user guides. - Propose and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance user satisfaction. Requirements: - Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - At least 2 years of experience in operations, customer support, sales, or community management, preferably within a tech startup or social media company. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with users and internal teams. - Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Demonstrates a high level of integrity in the professional domain. - Process-oriented person, who is able to work in operations while following up on the SOP - Empathy to understand top user's issues and resolve them in an effective manner - Proficient in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and MS Word (or Google Docs) - Ability to analyze the implications of online communications and messages. - Excellent written and spoken communication skills in the English language. - Good Analytical and Logical Reasoning skills.
