Job Designation : HRBP Manager As a HR/People ops & Culture team member, you'll work with leadership, managers, and individual employees across GBL. We envision you as one of the most trusted resources to all employees. - You'll ensure our teams have a dedicated partner - to help them reach business goals, solve complex problems, and drive continuous feedback loops across the board. In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team and collaborate extensively to : - Build strategic partnerships across the organization - Develop and execute people solutions - Create programmes to drive the business forward based on data - Manage employee relations. What You'll Do : - Focusing on Employee Life-Cycle in the organization from Orientation, Development to Retention. - Connect with employees on a one-to-one basis regularly. - Take care of employee relations issues such as disciplinary concerns, compliance grievances. - Collaborate with teams to promote a healthy work culture and reinforce positive experiences at the workplace. - Act as a liaison between recruiting and business teams. Participate in interview processes for key hires. - Ensure 100% documentation and compliance-related requirements are fulfilled through stakeholders. - Drive the implementation/roll out of org-wide people initiatives for your teams. Initiatives include, but are not restricted to capability building, learning interventions, talent reviews, benefits policies, on boarding programs. - Continuously improve employee engagement, performance, retention, and experience. - Take ownership of the various HR Management System processes. What We Are Looking For : - 6-7 years experience of relevant experience managing multiple teams - Experience with fast paced product organization - Strong ability to generate innovative HR solutions that are suitable for GBL - Hands-on with HR Analytics - how to measure attrition, create success metrics around people connected, prepare pulse reports, a bias for action, etc. - Able to work on multiple initiatives at any given point of time - A positive attitude and desire to create a difference in people's lives at work.
