About the Role

- We are looking for a sharp and reliable Finance Specialist to join our growing finance team.

- Hands-on experience in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Youll be deeply involved in maintaining the integrity of our financial data, supporting compliance, and ensuring seamless accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting operations and ensure books are updated accurately and timely.

- Manage all entries and reconciliations in Zoho Books including vendor bills, payments, receipts, advances, etc.

- Assist in the preparation of the MIS for internal review and annual financial statements.

- Support statutory and internal audits by providing necessary data and explanations.

- Assist in TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances, including returns filing.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Maintain and organize supporting documentation and ensure data integrity.

- Work on Excel-based models, templates, and reconciliations for various financial analyses.

- Coordinate with external consultants (auditors, tax advisors, etc.) as required.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting and compliance.

- Proficiency in Zoho Books and a strong command of Microsoft Excel.

- Working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, payroll-related compliances, accounting principles, and financial reporting.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
