Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive the roadmap for the ads platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue targets.

- Work closely with engineering and data teams to build high-impact ad products and features.

- Define detailed product requirements, write PRDs, and manage end-to-end execution from ideation to launch for Ads

- Monitor product performance, experiment with new ideas, and optimize for better CTR, conversion, and monetization.

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management in a B2C product (consumer tech/gaming/Ads).

- Proven 2+ years experience in ad monetization

- Analyze ad revenue and the corresponding metrics trends (%Ad DAU, impressions etc.) across placements, formats and mediation partners.

- Balance ad revenue and player experience (LTV vs. retention) by conducting A/B tests on ad placements, frequency, while maximizing eCPM.

- Understand multiple ad solutions available in the market to improve the overall Ad experience and revenue.
