About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic People & Culture Specialist to join our team and help build an inclusive, engaging, and performance-driven workplace. You will play a key role in strengthening employee experience, supporting HR programs, and partnering with teams to shape a strong organizational culture: Employee Engagement & Culture Building: - Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities. - Gather employee feedback through surveys and check-ins; recommend action plans based on insights. Talent Management & Development: - Support performance management processes, goal-setting cycles (OKRs/KPIs), and feedback systems. - Collaborate with managers on learning & development needs and coordinate relevant trainings and onboarding sessions. - Contribute to career pathing, internal mobility, and succession planning initiatives. HR Operations & Policy Compliance: - Ensure timely execution of HR processes including onboarding, confirmations, and exits. - Maintain and update HR systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. - Interpret and apply company policies, ensuring consistency. Employee Relations: - Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution. - Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes with fairness and sensitivity. Requirements: - Bachelors/Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3 to 6 years of progressive HR experience in employee engagement, HR operations, or generalist roles. - Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills. - High ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
