Job Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy and Development: - Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes. - Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and trends in the consumer internet space to create impactful solutions. 2. Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor a team of at least 4 product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. - Provide clear direction, set goals, and monitor team performance to ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics teams to define and prioritize product requirements. - Partner with senior stakeholders to align product initiatives with overall business goals. 4. Customer Focus: - Leverage data insights, customer feedback, and user research to make informed decisions and continuously improve product performance. - Optimize the customer journey by developing intuitive, user-friendly solutions tailored to the needs of B2C customers. 5. Performance Analysis: - Define key metrics to measure product success and monitor progress against these benchmarks. - Utilize data analytics tools to track product performance and identify areas for improvement. Skills: 1. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management with a proven track record in the B2C domain. 2. Previous experience in the consumer internet industry is mandatory. 3. Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 4 or more members effectively. 4. Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. 5. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 6. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 7.
