Role Overview:

- We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to support our Finance Director and senior leadership team.

- This role focuses on building advanced financial models, maintaining investor and loan databases, supporting capital raising efforts, and delivering strategic financial insights.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Excel-based modeling, Yardi software, multifamily real estate in the US, and private equity finance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Budgeting & Forecasting - Prepare detailed annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Audit and Analysis - Refine charts of accounts for operating & corporate entities and should be able to understand P&L and balance sheets really well.

- Database Management - Maintain investor reporting databases and loan management platforms (Yardi proficiency required).

- Deal Diligence - Perform due diligence on new transactions, including financial, operational, and market analysis.

- Performance Tracking - Track and analyze KPIs, IRR, cash-on-cash returns, and other financial metrics.

- Reporting - Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and investors.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Finance, Capital Markets, Investments, Analytics, and Technology teams.

- Project Participation - Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and assist other finance teams as needed.

Requirements - Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics from a top university.

- Software Expertise: Strong proficiency in Yardi and Advance Excel, Google sheets, Bonus with Power BI.

Desired Qualifications:

- Advanced Degree: Master's in Finance, Economics, or Business preferred.

- Certifications: CFA, CA, or CPA

- Private Equity Experience: Exposure to private equity capital structures and investor reporting highly desirable
