District Sales Manager

Career Stream Tasks :
- Provide input to and lead implementation of Sales / Direct Sales practices through promotion and sale of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers.
- Monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
- Research and evaluate the Sales / Direct Sales policies and deploy plans to ensure product/brand sales volumes and profit targets are met
- Prioritize and coordinate
- Coordinate key Sales / Direct Sales activities and inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices
- Establish and maintain potential relationship with all stakeholders within and outside the organization
Differentiator :
- Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results, resource planning and policy development
- Uses acquired expertise to analyse and solve problems that are difficult and complex
- Immediate or short-term impact on operational results of the area
- Typically Reports to M3
Management Responsibility :
- Supervises and coaches 2 or more professional level employees (typically entry or experienced level) and responsible for their results, evaluations and pay actions. May also supervise some paraprofessional employees
- Ensure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders
- Typically does not have full budget accountability, but may manage elements of the budget (e.g., overtime for staff, expense monitoring etc.)
Stakeholders :
- Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise them
- Build strong, trusting relationships with Galderma managers
- Extensive contact with other specialist departments
Experience Level :
8 to 10 Years (2 Yrs Minimum as 1st Line Manager) Working in Pune Location
Pharma Experience Mandatory
