We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Lead with proven success in the MENA region and expertise in appointment setting to drive growth in IT services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of acquiring enterprise clients in emerging technologies, particularly across MENA markets, and excels in building C-suite relationships through strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard enterprise-level clients in MENA and global markets, leveraging expertise in appointment-setting strategies (e.g., targeted LinkedIn campaigns, cold outreach, event-driven engagement).
- Develop long-term relationships with C-Level executives/decision-makers in MENA, understanding regional business practices, cultural nuances, and market trends.
- Research MENA accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate pipeline through tailored campaigns.
- Write proposals aligned with client needs, incorporating MENA-specific use cases where relevant.
- Maintain a robust prospect database with a focus on MENA territories.
- Explore non-traditional sourcing channels (e.g., local partnerships, MENA tech hubs) for client acquisition.
- Attend/present at MENA-focused industry conferences to network and promote services.
Skills & Expertise:
- The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in IT sales, with a majority of that experience specifically in IT services sales.
- Appointment-setting mastery: Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, Salesforce, and bulk email campaigns to secure high-value meetings.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, web/mobile app frameworks, and emerging tech trends (AI/ML, cloud, IoT).
- Knowledge of MENA business practices, regulatory landscapes, and decision-making hierarchies.
- Fluent English (written/spoken); Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and lead management.
- Confident, proactive, and skilled at multitasking in a remote environment.
- Onsite MENA experience or readiness to travel (B1 visa preferred).
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to MENA tech conferences/events (e.g., GITEX, LEAP).
- Existing network of MENA enterprise clients in IT services
