Role & Responsibilities:
- Define and execute IT roadmap aligned with the companys business objectives.
- Ability to understand and assess technology end to end aligning to Gainwell business objectives.
- Formulate and implement a strategy for business applications that aligns with organizational objectives.
- Lead IT-driven business transformation through process optimization and simplification.
- Partner with business leaders to identify emerging technologies that can enhance supply chain, production, and overall efficiency.
- Oversee SAP ERP, Success Factor and other applications like Ariba, Concur, etc to ensure business continuity.
- Act as the ultimate track owner for all IT-related initiatives.
- Optimize IT service delivery through process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with internal infrastructure, global operations, and service provider teams for strategic IT initiatives.
- Lead a team of IT professionals managing IT services for a distributed global user base (India, US,) fostering a high-performance culture and innovation
- Ensure robust IT governance, compliance with regulatory standards, security, and manage risk through IT Risk management program
- Drive vendor and service provider relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Ability to take decisions independently.
- Understanding of financials to make right decisions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a strong focus on designing and executing IT roadmap.
- Proven experience in ERP business transformation through digital technology adoption.
- Hands-on leader who is both a thinker and doer, with a focus on execution over excessive communication.
- Expertise in SAP ERP and related cloud technologies ( Success Factor, Ariba, Concur etc) analytics, and digital transformation strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage large, distributed IT teams and work with global counterparts in India, US.
- Experience in working with service providers and managing IT outsourcing partnerships.
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in SAP, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure), ITIL, or PMP would be an added advantage.
