GadgEon Lifestyle is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead our business growth across North Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C sales within the Home Automation, Home Interiors/Furnishings, or Electronics domain, along with solid networks among Architects and Interior Designers in the region.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of our premium wired home automation solutions, managing a team of Sales Engineers, and building long-term strategic relationships with key industry partners. This role requires frequent travel across North Kerala and is best suited for candidates who are proactive, relationship-oriented, and passionate about modern smart home technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead sales initiatives for wired home automation solutions and ensure consistent revenue growth.

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Engineers.

- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with architects, interior designers, and channel partners.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly regional sales targets.

- Conduct regular client meetings, product demos, and site visits across North Kerala.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

- Ensure excellent customer service, pre-sales, and post-sales support in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Marketing specialization preferred).

- 3 to 5 years of proven B2C sales experience in Home Automation, Home Interior/Furnishing, or Electronics.

- Strong professional network among Architects & Interior Designers in North Kerala.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Local candidates from North Kerala/Kozhikode strongly preferred.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
