Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary- Chief Financial Officer (CFO)- to lead our finance function and drive strategic financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with a proven track record of steering organizations toward sustained profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Drive the company's financial strategy, planning, and forecasting.

- Partner with the CEO and executive team on long-term business planning and capital allocation.

- Contribute to strategic decision-making at the board level.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

Treasury & Risk Management:

- Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.

- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.

- Ensure optimal capital structure and funding strategy.

Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP).

- Oversee internal controls and risk management frameworks.

- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and investors.

Team & Process Leadership:

- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

- Drive automation and digital transformation across finance functions.

- Enhance financial systems and processes for scalability and efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- CA / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent advanced degree.

- Minimum of 20 years of experience- in progressive financial leadership roles.

- Strong understanding of corporate finance, investor relations, taxation, and compliance.

- Experience in leading IPOs, M&A, and capital raising (preferred).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Industry experience - Any.
