Are you a high-energy sales professional who thrives on the "thrill of the hunt"? We are seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth within the domestic IT staffing sector.
This isn't just about closing deals; its about becoming a strategic talent partner for IT Captive centers (GCCs). You will be the face of our organization, responsible for opening doors with premium clients and transforming cold leads into thriving, long-term partnerships.
What Youll Be Responsible For:
- Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new business opportunities specifically within the domestic IT staffing landscape, with a laser focus on IT Captives.
- Client Onboarding: Take full ownership of the sales lifecyclefrom initial prospecting and pitching to master service agreement (MSA) negotiations and onboarding.
- Strategic Sales: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies that align with market trends and organizational revenue targets.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust, predictable sales pipeline through aggressive networking, market research, and lead generation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our Recruitment Delivery Team to ensure a "seamless handoff," ensuring client requirements are met with speed and precision.
- Relationship Management: Act as a strategic advisor to your clients, maintaining regular touchpoints to ensure high satisfaction and account growth.
What Were Looking For:
- The Staffing Expert: 3-6 years of "feet-on-the-street" experience in domestic IT staffing. You know the players, the pain points, and the pace of the industry.
- Captive/GCC Specialist: Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing IT Captive clients. You understand their unique compliance and quality needs.
- The Closer: Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex pricing structures and finalize profitable business deals.
- Target-Driven Mindset: You are self-motivated, thrive under pressure, and have a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Communication Pro: You can articulate value propositions clearly to C-suite executives and HR heads alike.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office for data-driven reporting.
