
Description:
- Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations across GL, AP, AR, CM, and P2P modules.
- Provide techno-functional expertise for enterprise finance processes, ensuring seamless integration and configuration.
- Support and enhance existing Oracle Fusion setups, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Work closely with business users and onsite/offshore teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Configure and customize General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable modules based on business needs.
- Develop and manage Financial Reports using tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View.
- Handle GL interfaces, journal entries, and financial reconciliations efficiently.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and reporting solutions.
- Document functional specifications, process flows, and testing scenarios.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with at least 2 full life cycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, CM, FAH, and P2P processes.
- In-depth understanding of General Ledger tables, reporting structures, and interfaces.
- Proven expertise in Financial Reporting, GL Interface, and enhancement/implementation projects.
- Experience working on Oracle Fusion Cloud and embedded reporting technologies (OTBI, BI Publisher).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities.
