Fusion Finance Functional

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financials implementations and hands-on experience across multiple Fusion Finance modules. The role will involve requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and client engagement across end-to-end implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work independently on complex Oracle Fusion Finance engagements and deliver high-quality functional solutions.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.

- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Finance modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.

- Prepare functional design documents, process flows, test scenarios, test scripts, and other implementation documentation.

- Support end-to-end implementation activities from requirement gathering and design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Work closely with technical teams to explain functional requirements and resolve implementation-related queries.

- Conduct functional testing, support UAT, and assist in defect analysis and resolution.

- Participate in workshops, solution discussions, and client presentations.

- Provide functional guidance on business processes and recommend process improvements.

- Support onsite assignments, including short- and long-term client engagements, as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7-12 years of overall experience, with 8+ years in Oracle Financials Functional Consulting/Implementation preferred.

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Finance experience.

- Strong expertise in at least 3 Oracle Fusion Finance modules, such as:

1. General Ledger (GL)

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

4. Fixed Assets (FA)

5. Cash Management (CM)

- Experience in at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects.

- Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional configuration, solution design, testing, and implementation.

- Experience working with technical teams on integrations, functional specifications, and issue resolution.

- Prior Oracle EBS Finance Functional experience will be an advantage.

- Experience with Finance Accounting Hub (FAH) and/or Revenue Management is an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes.

- Excellent client-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Willingness to travel onsite for short- or long-term assignments.
