Job Description: E-commerce Merchandising Manager About : - Furrl is a funded early stage startup building the next generation of lifestyle e-commerce through a clutter-breaking discovery platform for new-age Instagram brands. We are attacking the 100 billion dollar D2C market in India by creating a one stop shop for consumers to discover, validate and purchase these lakhs of independent brands and creators in India, in a way that is personalized and effective at scale. - At the helm of Furrl is our Founder, an industry expert with an educational background from prestigious institutions such as IIT Kanpur and Harvard Business School. With a wealth of experience in building successful businesses from scratch, both within startups and large corporations like Myntra and ITC, our Founder has a proven track record of driving innovation and growth. Most recently, she was Partner at Entrepreneur First, an early stage VC that she launched in India, where she mentored over 300 entrepreneurs and built a portfolio of 42 startups in the country. Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Position: Full time Responsibilities : - This is a high impact, high visibility role where you will own how the storefront of the Furrl app looks. We are looking for smart and driven fashion enthusiasts who have a strong curation muscle, are curious about customer behaviour, passionate about e-commerce, and excited about the 0-to-1 journey. - Responsible for all the curation and properties on the platform storefront, incorporating detailed analytics, trends, vibes etc into your decision-making. - Run all storefront calendar planning and execution, driving efficient processes and systems for this with your team. - Responsible for end-to-end project planning and execution of Sale and other events on the platform including brand launches. - Responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy of all content on the platform including brand content, social commerce content from creators, in-house curation content etc. - Work very closely with the Category team on selection spread, what new brands and products to bring onboard etc. - Work closely with stakeholders from multiple teams - Category, Growth, Product, Creative, Tech and others. Requirements : This role is right for someone who is smart, learns fast, works hard and wants to grow. Some things we will look for : - BBA / BCom / MFM degree. - 2-4 years of direct experience in the storefront/ category marketing/ revenue team of a fashion or lifestyle e-commerce company. - Should have a keen eye for identifying new and popular fashion trends and be adept in styling and curation. - Should be analytically minded - ability to make data-based decisions. - High ownership and ability to run projects independently.
