Manager/Senior Manager - Digital Marketing | Furlenco

Role Overview:
We're looking for a data-driven, creative, and performance-oriented Senior Manager - Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth charter across paid, organic, and retention channels. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in full-funnel performance marketing, growth experimentation, and brand-led storytelling, with a proven track record of scaling D2C or subscription-based businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing & Growth
- Own and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Display, and OTT platforms.
- Manage large-scale budgets with focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback period optimization.
- Build and run performance campaigns across new cities, categories, and product lines.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and test hypotheses for scaling.
2. Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Drive CRM and remarketing strategies across email, WhatsApp, push, and in-app channels.
- Work with product and data teams to improve on-site conversion rates and user journeys.
- Implement RFM segmentation, cohort analysis, and churn reduction strategies.
3. Brand & Content Integration
- Partner with brand and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across channels.
- Lead integrated digital campaigns that amplify brand films, influencer collaborations, and PR moments.
- Measure and optimize for both performance and brand lift.
4. Analytics & Experimentation
- Build a data-first culture - set up dashboards, track KPIs, and lead weekly performance reviews.
- Design and execute growth experiments (landing page A/B tests, funnel improvements, pricing tests, etc.).
- Leverage tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Clevertap, Mixpanel, or Appsflyer for data-driven decisions.
5. Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Manage a team of performance marketers, CRM specialists, and agency partners.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, brand, and tech teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Mentor junior marketers and foster a culture of curiosity, testing, and continuous learning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7-8 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing roles.
- Proven success in D2C / subscription / app-based consumer businesses (experience in furniture, home, or lifestyle sectors is a plus).
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, DV360, and strong familiarity with GA4 / Appsflyer / Mixpanel.
- Strong analytical mindset - fluent in Excel / Sheets, attribution modeling, and ROI analysis.
- Experience in creative testing frameworks and storytelling-led performance campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hustler attitude with a mix of strategy + executional excellence.
