
Collections Management:
- Assist in developing and executing collection strategies to reduce delinquency and NPA levels.
- Monitor daily/weekly performance of collection teams against defined KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards to track collection performance, portfolio trends, and team productivity.
- Prepare insightful presentations (PPTs) for senior management, highlighting collection trends, risks, and recommendations.
- Conduct root cause analysis of delinquency buckets and recommend corrective actions
Process Improvement & Strategy
- Identify gaps in existing collection processes and propose automation or workflow improvements.
- Support the implementation of digital/AI-driven collection tools.
- Contribute to policy formation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Key Requirements
Experience: 4-8 years in banking/NBFC collections, with at least 2+ years in a team lead or assistant manager role.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail/SME lending products, delinquency buckets, collection processes, and RBI guidelines.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills, business understanding.
Technical Skills
- Advanced skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for management-level reporting.
- Can be a plus if the candidate has hands-on experience in SQL & Proficiency in Power BI)
