Funtional Head - PPIC - Textile Manufacturing Industry

Position: Functional Head - PPIC

Location: Budhni, Madhya Pradesh

About the Role:

One of our reputed clients in the textile manufacturing industry is looking for a Functional Head - PPIC to lead Production Planning, Inventory Management, Demand Forecasting, and Supply Chain Planning functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead production planning and scheduling activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock availability.

- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams for demand planning and order fulfillment.

- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

- Drive OTIF (On Time In Full) performance and improve forecast accuracy.

- Plan capacity utilization and support future business growth requirements.

- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce lead times.

- Manage dispatch planning and inventory optimization initiatives.

Preferred Experience:

- Strong experience in PPIC, Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Inventory Management.

- Exposure to textile manufacturing, home textiles, towels, sheeting, or related industries will be preferred.

- Hands-on experience in demand forecasting, capacity planning, and production scheduling.

- Experience working on ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle is desirable.
