Role Overview:

As Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end roadmap for our Agentic AI platform, balancing scale, innovation, and enterprise-grade reliability.

Youll translate BFSI customer needs into impactful product features while collaborating across teams to deliver continuous value.

What the role entails:

- Create and deliver roadmap for Fundamentos Agentic AI platform focused on key pillars of scale (100M+ conversations per month), enterprise security, conversational quality, and sector insights.

- Ideate and deliver features based on a deep understanding of customer needs, BFSI market trends, emerging technologies and strategic goals.

- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Design and Engineering to ensure smooth delivery for our enterprise customers.

- Conduct detailed competitive and market research to design product roadmap.

- Explore new technologies and partnership opportunities to future-proof the Fundamento platform in-line with customer needs.

- Invest in building a deep understanding of customers in the BFSI industry across the lending and insurance lifecycle, becoming the internal champion for customer empathy.

- Build and promote a robust team culture emphasizing execution, results, and collaboration.

Desired candidate profile:

- 3+ years experience, with 2+ years working as a Product Manager at a SaaS organisation.

- Deep understanding of how AI application products are built, architectures, and emerging technologies.

- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Design, and Engineering.

- Outstanding collaboration to motivate Design and Engineering teams.

- Strong project management skills, focused on delivery for product + customer outcomes by managing tasks across teams to deliver continuous value.

- Curiosity and user-centric approach, always seeking to understand our market, our users, and opportunities better.

Bonus:

- Prior experience building for enterprise and mid-market customers in India / globally.

- Experience building tools for the Sales and Support Agent personas.

- Interest in emerging AI technologies and its applications.

- Comfortable with basic API testing and Javascript.
