Role Overview:
Were building out our enterprise Customer Success function and are looking for someone to take a high-ownership role shaping how we work with large customers as we scale.
The role involves working closely with the VP of Customer Success on enterprise customer strategy, CS playbooks, and process building, while being the face of the Fundamento for key enterprise accounts.
What the role entails:
- Own Tier1 enterprise accounts as the single point of ownership
- Drive project execution from scratch: rollout, scale, outcomes
- Build strong relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders
- Identify expansion opportunities and deliver measurable ROI
- Create simple playbooks and processes as we scale
- Mentor CSAs and handle escalations
- Work closely with founders and the VP of Customer Success on new initiatives.
Desired candidate profile:
- 3 - 7 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Founders Office, OR, enterprise-facing roles
- Experience handling critical / high-stake enterprise stakeholders with maturity and ownership
- Strong execution mindset; comfortable building things in ambiguous startup environments
- Data-comfortable (Excel / Sheets, basic reporting & insights)
- Ability to lead, mentor, and raise the bar for junior team members
- High learnability, adaptability, and flexibility in fast-moving customer setups
- FinTech / SaaS exposure is a plus, not a must
