Fund Transfer Pricing BA (Gurgaon/Bangalore)

Domain- Funds Transfer Pricing/ Treasury (Preferred), Investment Banking products

Strong BA and Analytical skills, expertise in stakeholder management

Experience: 9-15yrs

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand stress testing objectives, regulatory requirements (e.g., CCAR, EBA, PRA), and business needs.

- Document functional and non-functional requirements for Funds Transfer Pricing models and systems.

Process Design & Documentation:

- Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process maps.

Data & Model Support:

- Work with Treasury teams to understand model assumptions, methodologies, and outputs.

- Ensure data quality, lineage, and completeness for stress testing calculations.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a liaison between risk, finance, and technology teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.

- Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Testing & Validation:

- Validate outputs against regulatory and internal standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.

- Strong exposure to Fund Transfer Pricing.

- Technical Skills:

- Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting tool Tableau

- Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines
