Fund Raising Professional - Corporate Finance

Key Responsibilities :

- Transaction Management and end-to-end Execution through facilitation & management of the deal lifecycle from the mandate to execution

- Monitoring for internal and external compliance/policies and client-servicing involved in the credit appraisals for long/short term debt (fund/non-fund based) with an end goal of achieving financial and strategic objectives set for the financial institution

- Develop and maintain local relationships with banks, NBFCs, family offices, AIFs, and other financial institutions to strengthen sourcing and execution capabilities.

- Lead the end-to-end deal execution lifecycle - from lead generation and relationship building to deal structuring and closure

- Responsible for overall P&L management of the assigned region, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability

- Leverage a strong banker network and build strategic partner relationships to ensure a robust pipeline and sustained engagement of bankers and partners

- Build, expand, and actively engage a strong banker network, ensuring sustained participation and deal flow.

- Build and scale regional revenue pipelines by cross-selling FINTECH-enabled wealth management and lending solutions.

- Coordinate with investors, lenders, and internal stakeholders for preparation and closure of transaction-related documentation

- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage FINTECH, NBFC, and allied partners to enhance regional reach and service offerings

Must Have :

- Progressive experience and proven track record in Corporate Finance, NBFC, Banks, Financial Institution

- 10+ years of experience in branch banking, financial advisory, or wealth management

- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes transactions with senior-level stakeholders

- Ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment, creative, and quick thinking

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights

- Previous experience with Startup ecosystem or exposure to FINTECH/BFSI vertical
