Must Have Experience:

- 4-6 years of IR-FR experience within PE, VC, or a public market fund.

- Candidates currently in captives (like Tresvista) supporting IR-FR for Global funds may also apply for this role.

Education:

- MBA from a premier/mid premier business school, Chartered Accountant (CA), or CFA charterholder preferred.

Financial Literacy:

- Strong foundational knowledge of private equity fund structures, accounting principles, IRR/MOIC metrics, and capital call/distribution workflows.

Communication Skills:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Must be comfortable articulating complex financial strategies directly to C-suite executives and institutional asset managers.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Account Management & Investor Communications:

- Direct Account Ownership: Serve as a support as an IR coverage officer for a select group of institutional investors and family offices, managing day-to-day inquiries and fostering long-term relationships with all institutional investors to the firm.

- Performance Reporting: Lead the drafting, structuring, and delivery of high-quality quarterly investor reports, annual general meeting (AGM) presentations, and specialized fund updates. Work closely with the investment teams to achieve this goal.

- Investor Queries: Coordinate across internal Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Deal teams to respond accurately and promptly to complex LP inquiries and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).

2. Fundraising & Capital Solutions Support:

- Materials Development: Author compelling fundraising collateral, including Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), pitch decks, and thematic presentation materials highlighting the India macroeconomic and consumption story.

- Co-Investment Management: Assist in executing co-investment processes by preparing deal teasers, summary materials, and managing virtual data rooms (VDRs) for interested LPs.

- Roadshow Coordination: Support senior leadership in organizing global and domestic investor roadshows, tracking the fundraising pipeline systematically through CRM systems.

3. Market Intelligence & Portfolio Analytics:

- Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor the private equity landscape in India, tracking competitor GP performance, fundraising benchmarks, and evolving LP allocation trends.

- ESG & Governance Reporting: Work closely with the fund's ESG officer to integrate sustainability metrics into standard LP reporting workflows.
