Fund Raising & Investor Relations - AIF

Location : Mumbai / Delhi

Role : Business Development, Fund Raising & Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support fundraising for CAT II & CAT III AIFs.

- Build and manage relationships with Large HNIs, Family Offices, Institutional Investors and LPs.

- Drive investor engagement from prospecting to closure and ongoing relationship management.

- Leverage an established network across the LP / Family Office / Institutional ecosystem.

- Coordinate with internal teams for investor communication, presentations, due diligence and fundraising requirements.

- Manage the complete LP engagement and fundraising cycle.

Ideal Candidate :

- Strong experience in AIF / Alternatives / Private Equity / Wealth Management / Investment Banking / Family Office.

- Proven fundraising track record with strong investor contacts.

- Established network with Family Offices, HNIs, Institutions and large LPs.

- Good understanding of the LP ecosystem, distribution channels and investor requirements.

- Excellent communication and investor presentation skills.

- Postgraduate qualification; Finance / Economics / Business preferred.
