Role Overview:


The Fundraising Lead will spearhead capital-raising initiatives for our credit fund offerings. This role demands a strategic thinker with a robust network among institutional investors and family offices, capable of driving fundraising efforts and fostering long-term investor relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute fundraising strategies targeting institutional investors and family offices.


- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors, ensuring consistent engagement and communication.


- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare marketing materials, pitch decks, and due diligence documentation.


- Manage the fundraising CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of investor interactions and commitments.


- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and attract potential investors.


- Provide insights into investor feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.


Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.


- 12 plus years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or institutional sales within the asset management or private credit sectors.


- Demonstrated success in raising capital from institutional investors and family offices.


- Strong understanding of private credit products and alternative investment strategies.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly.


- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Experience:


- Established network of institutional investors and family offices in India and internationally.


- Experience with Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to fundraising activities.
