Fund Manager - Portfolio Management

Experience : (8 - 12 years in relevant PMS/Fund Management roles)

Qualification : MBA/PGDBA/PGPM (Finance) or equivalent; CFA/CA preferred

Location : Mumbai

Role Overview :

Lead and manage the PMS Fund Management function for TCL Wealth, focusing on HNI clients. Manage multi-asset portfolios across Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Bonds, ensuring alignment with investment strategies, risk frameworks, and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Investment Management :

- Design and manage model portfolios across mutual funds, ETFs, and fixed income products.

- Develop investment strategies and asset allocation frameworks for different client segments.

- Execute portfolio transactions, monitor performance, and rebalance portfolios as required.

- Establish and oversee PMS risk management frameworks.

- Provide market insights, investment rationale, and portfolio recommendations.

Client Engagement :

- Participate in client meetings, portfolio reviews, and investment discussions.

- Communicate market outlook, portfolio performance, and investment strategies.

- Support business development, client acquisition, and retention initiatives.

- Prepare portfolio commentaries, factsheets, and investment presentations.

Compliance & Governance :

- Ensure adherence to SEBI PMS regulations and internal governance standards.

- Maintain portfolio documentation, disclosures, and audit readiness.

- Coordinate with compliance, operations, and dealing teams for seamless execution.

Desired Profile :

- Strong understanding of Indian equity and fixed income markets.

- Proven experience in PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, or Proprietary Investing.

- Expertise in portfolio construction, fund management, and investment research.

- Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

- High ethical standards and strong compliance orientation.
