Platform: Portfolio Management Services (PMS yet to be launched)
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Fund Manager / Business Head for an upcoming PMS platform based in Mumbai. This is a senior, end-to-end role with overall responsibility for setting up, managing, and scaling the PMS, similar to a CEO-level mandate for the investment platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fundraising efforts and manage investor relationships
- Oversee fund deployment in line with investment strategy
- Drive investment decision-making across the portfolio
- Manage exits and value realisation
- End-to-end portfolio management
- Oversee operations, risk, and regulatory compliance related to the PMS
Candidate Profile:
- 8 to 15 years of relevant buy-side investment experience
- Prior experience in PMS / AIF / asset management preferred
- Strong track record across investing, portfolio management, and exits
- Ability to handle end-to-end ownership of an investment platform
