Fund Manager

- This position requires a self driven, front facing aspirant who is an independent thinker, problem solver and target orientated, constantly seeking challenges and higher targets.

- The position would be responsible for handling existing client relationships, introducing new relationships, credit appraisal and deal closures in the Private Credit space.

- Target segment would be low to mid investment grade companies. The owner would be responsible for deal origination, deal closure, maintaining a healthy deal pipeline and market intelligence while having a flair and deep understanding of credit to originate relevant transactions only.

- While being a market facing role, it requires the incumbent to think on the go, create, customise and pitch structures fulfilling both the investor and investee needs.

- Incumbent should enjoy deal making both on buy side and fund raising side. Weightage 70% deal making and networking 30% credit

Job Details / Key Responsibilities:

- Scanning the market and identifying potential business opportunities

- Assist in Preparation of IM and Pitch book

- Handling client relationships

- Acquisition of new clients

- Ensuring Deal origination and Credit quality

- Work on Financial model to determine inherent risk in portfolio to be bought.

- Making an investment proposal and presenting it to the IC

- Deal Structuring

- Risk evaluation and portfolio monitoring on a continuous basis.

- Consistent achievement of set targets

- High standards of credit compliances
