- We are seeking a Fund Manager / Fund Leader who will play a central role in fundraising, deal execution, strategy, and team building.

- This is an entrepreneurial leadership mandate for someone who is humble, hungry, and hands-on - with the right intentions to build a business systematically and sustainably over the long term.

The responsibilities will include :


Fundraising & Engagement:

- Build and deepen relationships with family offices, UHNIs, distribution platforms, and institutional LPs.

- Drive fundraising strategy, investor outreach, and ongoing LP engagement.

- Develop co-investment opportunities and ensure investor confidence through strong governance.

Fund Strategy & Portfolio Oversight:

- Provide strategic inputs on fund design, deployment approach, portfolio structuring, and risk management.

- Advise on capital allocation, project selection, and portfolio company governance.

- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and optimal structuring.

- Balance financial mastery with customer-centricity, ensuring that investments align with end-user satisfaction and long-term value creation.

Leadership & Platform Building:

- Build and mentor a strong investment team.

- Take accountability for fund growth while investing in personal and professional development.

- Be a team player who fosters collaboration, agility, and a solutions-oriented culture.

Key qualifications and experience :

- 15-25 years of experience in real estate funds, investment platforms, private banking, wealth management, or corporate banking.

- Strong fund raising and relationship-building capability; prior track record of raising from family offices/UHNIs is highly valued.

- Blend of financial acumen, deal-making expertise, and legal structuring capability.

- Prior exposure to Tier 2 / Tier 3 city investor ecosystems will be an advantage.

- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and systematic in approach.

- Long-term orientation with a slow and steady build-up philosophy.

- Customer-centric outlook - focus on satisfying the end user while creating investor value.

- Humble yet ambitious, empathetic, and collaborative.

- Agile, accountable, and committed to self-growth as well as team growth.
