Role Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end Fund Accounting operations for the Domestic Mutual Fund industry, with a strong focus on Multifonds application, regulatory compliance, NAV computation, and valuation processes. The role demands deep functional expertise, regulatory understanding, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end fund accounting operations for domestic mutual fund schemes using Multifonds system

- Perform and review daily NAV computation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance

- Oversee valuation of securities including equity, debt, derivatives, and corporate actions

- Ensure adherence to SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations, AMFI guidelines, and internal policies

- Handle regulatory and investor reporting, including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

- Monitor and resolve NAV-related exceptions, breaks, and audit observations

- Coordinate with internal teams such as Custody, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Technology

- Support internal audits, statutory audits, and regulatory inspections

- Ensure timely processing of subscriptions, redemptions, income distribution, and expense accruals

- Participate in system enhancements, UAT testing, process improvements, and automation initiatives

- Mentor and guide junior team members; perform maker-checker reviews where applicable

- Maintain strong control environment and ensure SOP adherence and process documentation

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent knowledge of Mutual Fund Regulations (SEBI)

- Hands-on working experience on Multifonds system (mandatory)

- Strong understanding of NAV computation, valuation, and fund accounting lifecycle

- Knowledge of regulatory reporting for domestic mutual funds

- Ability to analyze complex transactions and resolve discrepancies independently

- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy orientation

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment

Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in Fund Accounting operations

- Industry Exposure: Domestic Mutual Fund industry (mandatory)

- System Exposure: Extensive hands-on experience with Multifonds application

- Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com (relevant qualification preferred
