Fund Accounting & Reporting Role - Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparation and review of financial statements and periodic financial reports for investment funds.

- Perform fund accounting and reporting activities, including review of fund-level financial information.

- Support preparation of NAV-related reporting, schedules and financial statement disclosures.

- Perform reconciliations of fund balances, investments, cash and other financial data.

- Review investment transactions and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.

- Assist in preparation of quarterly, annual and ad-hoc fund reporting packs.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities for assigned funds.

- Identify and investigate accounting/reporting discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.

- Assist in preparation of notes to accounts and supporting schedules for financial statements.

- Ensure reporting is completed within agreed quality and turnaround-time (TAT) requirements.

Required Skills:

- 4-10 years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting, Fund Reporting, Financial Reporting or Investment Accounting.

- Good understanding of fund accounting concepts and financial statements.

- Exposure to Private Equity / Alternative Investments / Asset Management / Hedge Funds / Mutual Funds will be preferred.

- Understanding of NAV, investment accounting, reconciliations and financial reporting.

- Basic knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS / Ind AS and accounting principles.
