Functional Specialist - Oracle Banking Process Management - Contractual

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Banking Process Management Functional Specialist with strong expertise in workflow configuration and banking business processes. The role involves translating business requirements into effective workflows and functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate banking business requirements into Oracle Banking Process Management workflows and functional configurations.

- Configure and manage workflows, business processes, user roles, queues, SLAs, and approval controls.

- Analyse and document end-to-end banking processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Prepare process maps, functional specifications, and configuration documents.

- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver functional solutions.

- Support functional testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production implementation activities.

- Validate workflow execution, approvals, exceptions, and business rules.

- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle Banking Process Management solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Banking Process Management.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Banking Process Management workflows and functional configuration.

- Good understanding of workflow and business-process management.

- Experience with user roles, queues, SLAs, approval controls, and business rules.

- Strong banking-domain knowledge with experience in at least one of the following: Trade Finance, Lending, Credit, or Payments.

- Experience in preparing process maps and functional specifications.

- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with relevant Oracle Banking products and their integration with Oracle Banking Process Management.

- Exposure to functional testing, UAT, and production implementation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
