We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Business Analysis

In this role you will :

- You will be a part of the equity derivatives development team located in Pune.

- As a part of the development team of the complex business, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the application within equity derivatives space.

- You will be leading/working on the strategic developments going on within the team.

- You will be part of talented software development team and will be instrumental in delivering HSBCs Equity Derivatives platform and related changes to comply with business, regulatory and users requests

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements :

- 11+ Years of Industry experience in financial institutions working mainly as a Functional expert with experience in Equity Derivatives

- Solid in-depth understanding of Equity Derivative Products, Data Models and various functions including Trade Booking, Pricing, Risk and Trade Life Cycle, Trade capture flows and middle office and back-office flows.

- Good understanding of functioning of asset classes (Fixed Income, FX etc) in Investment Banking

- Support adoption of agile mindset and accelerated delivery pipeline by embracing automated tools in DevOps transformation

- Experience in writing BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Test Scenarios.

- Solid experience in Business and Functional Analysis across a variety of programs with complex requirements

- Sound exposure towards functional testing to ensure quality and controls are adhered to

- Review functional design and stories alongside closure of tasks after production verification.

- Sound Techno-functional knowledge and hands-on experience trade processing systems.

- Mandatory working knowledge of PL/SQL for business analysis and writing queries and stored procedures to perform analysis and testing and also an ability to work with developers for the same.

- Prior experience of dealing with Front Office, Operations, Compliance, and/or Finance/Regulatory teamsSolicit and establish Business requirements with key stakeholders.

- Produce key project artefacts based on requirements and use cases. Lead triaging of work and issues.
