Role Overview:

As a Polymaths : Functional SME + AI Tools (Freelancer & Fully Remote), you will serve as a critical bridge between domain-specific knowledge and the application of AI tools to solve complex business problems. Working directly with clients and internal teams, you will leverage your extensive experience to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions, guide the development and implementation of these solutions, and ensure their alignment with business objectives. Your insights will directly impact the efficiency, profitability, and strategic direction of our clients' operations. This role is based in Bangalore but is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze client business processes across various domains (Finance, Marketing, Logistics, Civil Project Management, Electrical, Mechanical, Cyber Security) to identify areas where AI tools can drive significant improvements.

- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI model development and deployment.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI tools and technologies based on client needs and project requirements.

- Provide subject matter expertise during the development, testing, and implementation of AI solutions.

- Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients and internal teams on the use and benefits of AI tools.

- Monitor the performance of AI solutions and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.

- Contribute to the development of thought leadership content and participate in industry events to promote AiTalentHub.in's AI capabilities.

- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further engagement.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to apply deep functional knowledge in at least one of the following domains: Finance and Accounts, Marketing Analytics, Analytics Solutions Sales, Logistics, Civil Project Management, Electrical, Mechanical, or Cyber Security.

- Proven expertise in identifying and evaluating AI tools and technologies relevant to specific business challenges.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully implementing AI solutions.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
