Job Summary:

Seasoned Project Manager with deep expertise in Global Payments (Cross Border, Swift MT/MX, Clearing & Settlements) to lead end-to-end project delivery for ISO 20022 migration and Digital Payments transformation. Functional PM focus - NOT implementation or solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

MUST Domain Expertise:

- Cross Border Payments, MT & MX messaging standards, Clearing & Settlements

- ISO 20022 migration strategy and implementation roadmap

- Retail and Wholesale Banking payments flows

- Global Payments transformation programs

- Agile SAFe framework for payments delivery

MUST PM Skills (End-to-End Lifecycle):

- Project Initiation, Planning, Tracking & Delivery

- RAID & RACI Management across global stakeholders

- Cost & Benefits Management, Business Case ownership

- Change Impact Assessment & Stakeholder Communication

- Executive Reporting, Resource Management & Capacity Planning

- Delivery Governance - NOT implementation or technical design

Functional BA Support:

- BRD/FRD creation, Requirement Gathering workshops

- Global Banking Payments domain translation to delivery teams

- Mandatory Skills & Experience Matrix

- Skills: Executive stakeholder management, payments domain expertise, delivery-focused mindset

- Location: Pune/BLR/Gurgaon/HYD; Hybrid (3 days WFO)

Preferred:

- Global Payments project delivery experience (Tier-1 banks)

- ISO 20022 migration program leadership
