About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Functional Project Manager with deep expertise in Capital Markets to lead large-scale transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple workstreams across business, technology, and operations, driving digital and process excellence within a global banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver Capital Market transformation projects across multiple geographies.

- Manage 810 concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and operations teams.

- Drive end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and performance tracking.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.

- Engage with global stakeholders to ensure business objectives and transformation goals are met.

- Provide strategic insights on trade lifecycle, reference data, static data, and process optimization within Capital Markets.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong expertise in Project Management within Capital Markets.

- Proven global experience managing large-scale initiatives.

- Deep understanding of trade lifecycle management, reference data, and digital transformation.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills across global teams and business units.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 12-15 years of total experience in Capital Markets with global banking exposure (mandatory).

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on project delivery experience in a functional capacity.

- Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification preferred (not mandatory).
